I placed an order through the website and overall it was straightforward. I found what I needed without any trouble, and checkout went smoothly. The only thing I noticed was that a few pages took a little while to load, which was slightly annoying, but not a huge deal. I’d still use it again.

"Delivery was a bit hit or miss"
My package comes later than I was expecting, so that was kind of annoying. But it did arrived in the end, so I guess it worked out okay.

I ordered a personalized item from Miles Kimball and, to be fair, it showed up quickly. At first I was like, okay great, that was faster than I expected. But then I looked closer and noticed the name was a little off center. Not dramatically bad or anything, and I can still use it, but in my head I was kind of thinking, hmm, I wish that looked a bit cleaner. The item itself seems fine quality-wise, so no real complaints there. I just wish someone had double-checked the personalization before it shipped out.

"Customer service got back to me quick"
I was in a bit of a rush and got worried when my tracking hadn’t updated for a couple days, so I sent customer service a quick message about my order. I figured it might take a while to hear back, but they actually replied the next day with a clear answer.
They looked into it and gave me the info I needed, and my package showed up not long after. It wasn’t totally ideal since I had to reach out in the first place, but their response was helpful and fast enough, especially since I was kind of pressed for time

"Box arrived banged up"
The item itself was fine, thankfully, but the box looked like it had been through a lot. One side was crushed and the tape was barely hanging on. For what I paid in shipping, I expected better packaging. It’s also frustrating that if something had been damaged, I’d probably have to go through way too many steps just to get it fixed. They really need to pack things more securely...

"Return was simple, but the refund dragged on"
The return process itself was easy, so I figured from the tone of the confirmation emails that the refund would be handled quickly too. Unfortunately, it ended up taking way longer than I expected. Nothing was especially difficult, but waiting that long for my money back was really frustrating.

"Nice products, but I felt a bit ignored"
I ordered a few things from Miles Kimball and I’ll give them credit, the quality was really good. Everything felt sturdy and looked like the pictures, not cheap or flimsy at all. Shipping was fine too. The only thing that bothered me was that when I had a question, I kind of felt ignored and didn’t get much of a response. Still, the products themselves were solid and that’s what stood out the most.

"Not really sure the prices match what you get"
I ordered a few small things from Miles Kimball, and I’m a little confused about the pricing. The items looked cute online, but when they arrived, some of them felt cheaper than I expected, especially for what I paid.
Once shipping and the extra charges were added, the total just didn’t make much sense to me. I can see maybe ordering if they have something really hard to find, but unless there’s a big sale, I’m not sure I’d shop there again.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from Miles Kimball figuring it would arrive in a normal amount of time, but wow, the shipping was painfully slow. It basically looked like my order just stalled somewhere, and the tracking barely changed for days. I know shipping can be weird sometimes, like when the mail carrier randomly delivers one package at 9 a.m. and another at dinner time, but this felt way longer than usual.
I kept checking the tracking more than I’d like to admit, probably the same way I check the fridge when I know nothing new is in there. Every time, it was the same thing with little to no movement. By the time the package finally showed up, I didn’t even need the item anymore, which was frustrating.
The product itself may have been fine, so I’m not really complaining about that part. But the delivery time was bad enough that I’d seriously hesitate to order again. If shipping is always like this, it’s just not worth the hassle for me.

"I was actually happy with..."
I was actually happy with how Miles Kimball kept me posted after I ordered. I got the shipping email right away, and the tracking was simple to follow without having to dig around. The package showed up when it said it would too, which I always appreciate. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a pickle spear when the delivery notification came through, so that stuck in my head. Overall, it was a smooth order.
