The actual ordering and prompt delivery were great, but a piece of the item broke off when I was adjusting it into place, which you had to do to make it functional. I can still use, but disappointing.

The company is no problem it's the delivery experience it was said to be delivered on a certain date and they would come out after 5 pm that no one was there then now the tracking says that they delivered it and left it in the mailbox which I still have not received so I sent an email to switch the delivery address to my home address since I am home after 6 pm.

There was a hold put on my order due to a Pay Pal card problem. I called to correct the problem. 2 1/2 weeks later my order was still on hold. This was not acceptable at all. I have ordered from Miles Kimball since the 1950's when my mother ordered from them. To say the least, I am not happy about this and doubt whether or not I will order from them again. This is the first time I've had a problem.

Shipping charges are high. I have had trouble trying to order online because it doesn’t recognize my email when I try to log in. I ended up getting duplicate orders because I called customer service and ordered . I never got order confirmation so I thought the first order didn’t go through. Very frustrating . Products are good and I usually like what I order.
